About Us
Establishment of Institute and reasons of Establishment:
Most of the people of Huzurabad and surrounding villages are depending on the agriculture. There is no proper guidance, awareness of education to students, most of students stopped there education in 10th. Many of them might be dropouts. Some of them might be more than the age required. So they might not feel comfortable to join in regular courses. Even if they want to continue their higher education , they have to spend huge amount of time and money. Most of them are in belief that if they could get some practical training related to industries they could settle down quickly This is where ITI’s play crucial role in fulfilling the needs of these students.
It is necessary to improve linkages with the local labor market & also outside locality by considering following factors.
1. The role of Training, Career & Placement Officer is most important for the same Project. Thus, said post must be fill up by higher authority who in turn will try best for employment & self employment , as well as he provides the information about service sector, reservations in Public sector etc..
2. Industries involvement through IMC with Institute should be increased the interaction.
3. Institute should have separate & regularly updated website for placement cell & wide publicity of website.
4. To develop the interaction between Employment Exchange & Institute.
5. Special approaches will be made for job recruitment at Industries.
6. As per the required skill from Industries institute will arrange the special training for fulfillment of Industries requirement.
7. To arranged the skill exhibition in Institute for trainees & invite the Industrialist for watching skill exhibition for showing better performance of trainees.
8. Industrial tour will be arranged for trainees for special attachment with Industrial work to create self-confidence of trainees.
